Laverne Public Schools

Open System Preferences and go to Keyboard:

Select the Shortcuts tab. Make sure the box for "Use keyboard navigation to move focus between controls" is checked.

Open Safari Preferences:

Select the Advanced tab. Make sure the box for "Press Tab to highlight each item on a webpage" is checked.

About Miranda Newby

I am the mother of two beautiful girls, Bristol and Breelyn. I have been married to my husband, Jeff, for 17 years. We reside in Gate, OK on a small ranch.

In 2000, I graduated from Alva High School. I attented Northwestern Oklahoma State University and recieved my degree in Secondary English in 2004. I taught middle school English at Alva Middle School for one year. I then, moved to Laverne and taught high school English grades 8-12 in Buffalo, Ok for two years. During that time, I recieved my master’s in adminstration from Southwestern University.

I was provided the opportuniy to move to first grade in Laverne. With much hessitation, I took the job that I have loved ever since!
